  How to Log In to Your Account


The URL for the control panel is:

https://manage.rhwebhosting.com

When you visit the new Control Panel URL, you will be prompted for an Email Address and a Password. To login, please use the email address that you have signed up with (or if you have changed that address inside your control panel, use the address you have changed it to). If you cannot remember your password, you will be able to use the "Forgot Password?" option. Using that feature, you will receive an email of your Account Control Panel login address with a special link. Once you click this link, you will be able to reset your password.

Your Account Control Panel Login Screen:

When logged in for the first time:

• You will notice a menu on the left. These links allow you to change static information regarding you and your account such as address and billing data.

• You will be able to change your password for your account.

• All your products will be displayed on the main page. If you have multiple products (hosting account(s) and/or domain registration(s)), then they will be shown below each other. From here, you will be able to manage all your products settings by clicking the "Manage" button for the respective product.

  My Information / Billing Info


My Information
The "My Information" section will allow you to update the contact information that we have on file for you and the account(s) you have setup with us. When you update your information here, it will automatically also update the contact information in your H-Sphere Hosting Account(s). We will then use the new information to contact you about any matters related to your account(s) with us.

Billing Info
Credit Card:
When clicking on the Credit Card icon, you can update your credit card number and expiration date. This will update your information with all account(s) you have with us, so all future transactions will be charged to the new billing information.

Show Invoice:
This page will show a list of all hosting and domain name expenses. If you have any questions about this invoice, please feel free to call our customer support or contact us at the Contact Us form with your billing related inquiry.

Cancel Subscription
With this feature, you can cancel or resume your hosting account(s). When canceling a subscription, we prefer that you leave a message telling us your reasons. You can resume a cancelled subscription at any time. Please note that cancelling a subscription will not immediately terminate your account - it will remain active until its expiration date. At that time, it will simply not be renewed automatically. Cancelling a subscription does not initiate a refund. To request a refund for an account, you need to submit an email request from our Contact Us form.

  Domain Name Management


If you have any domain names registered with us, you will be able to see it on the account control panel's main page. From there, you can click the "Manage" button right beside the corresponding domain that you wish to edit. It will take you to the next screen which will allow you to modify the WHOIS information (including DNS servers) of the respective domain name. You will also be able to renew your domain registration by clicking on the "Renew Domain" icon. You can pay for the domain renewal by credit card.
